The Power of Words
Words are very powerful and important to people. Whenever you begin to express yourself, you are telling the universe "This is my life, my truth." God gave you the ability to speak for that very reason. Your personal truth is very powerful, so be wise in using your gift of words.

It is a well-known fact that words and other forms of self-expression, such as dancing have vibrations and are indeed energy within the universe. For those of you who understand the laws of attraction and manifesting, words are the "like attracts like" in the entire equation.

With the understanding that our words are magnets, we can begin to change what we say, the words we use in order to reflect our inner truth and manifest the life we truly desire and deserve. This doesn’t mean that you go out into the world with your opinions and judgments and belittle everyone that crosses your way. It does mean, however, that you take stock of what is truly important to you and realize that you are deserving of it, whatever that may be in your life.

It is important to remember during times to speak the truth instead of insulting people. It can be hard to calm yourself when it gets going, but remember that whatever you put out, you will get back from the universe, so make sure you are kind in your words, speaking the truth but not putting anyone down.

Here are ways in which you can get in touch with your truth:

  1. Make a list of what you desire and phrase it in the present tense:
  2. Find a hobby or become reacquainted with an old one. Play an instrument, write, journal, dance, go for a walk, cook, etc.
  3. Listen to your inner voice and shut out any negative thoughts. Tell them that they are "old news" and you don't need them anymore.
  4. Come up with fun affirmations and place them around your home.
  5. Breathe! Don't be so eager to respond in conversation or jump the gun when you are upset.
  6. Me-time is very important. Take a time out at least once a day to do something you enjoy.

There are many ways to express yourself:

  • Words
  • Song
  • Writing
  • Cooking

One of the best things you can do is remember that these are forms of self-expression and whichever one helps you the most, just do it. These are your gifts and can be used to help you through any part of your life.

When you are in a relationship, there are times when you will feel doubt and possibly confusion, or a mixture of the two. There could be thoughts where you are thinking that there is someone else in your partner’s life that they are significantly close to. These thoughts can lead to problems down the line.

10 signs that another love interest may be sharing your partner's attention:

  1. Your lover no longer calls just to check in with words of endearment.
  2. Your partner is too busy to return a text message or voice mail.
  3. Your partner doesn't answer the phone when you are around.
  4. When you take a meal to his house, the dish is immediately cleaned and set on the table so you won't forget it.
  5. Your partner insists on staying home and watching T.V. rather than go out on a date.
  6. The bar is suddenly stocked with beverages that neither of you drink.
  7. Friends casually ask, as if they already know something, if the two of you are still together.
  8. Your partner doesn't try to ease your insecurities about an ex.
  9. Last year you received a dozen red roses for Valentine's Day; this year you received a card and a candy bar.
  10. Your partner is too busy with projects on weekends to hang out and too tired on Saturday night to go out with you.

Unfortunately, cheating is a part of life and if you are seeing any of the above signs, then it is possible that your partner may be cheating on you, or they may be suggesting or indicating a change in your relationship, from their point of view.

If you checked off many of these signs, it may be time to step back for a little soul-searching:

  • Where do you want your life to go and how can you create that life?
  • What kind of relationship do you want in your life?
  • Does it include someone who is unfaithful to you?

Your relationship may not be over, but if you are thinking to yourself any of the above questions, perhaps it is time to sit down and discuss things. You can also get help from a professional in these matters which may make the process that bit easier.

If you want to attract things in life that you want, there is only one requirement: outputting positive energy. Outputting this energy with pure intentions will allow you to use the Law of Attraction.

The Law of Attraction is a simple philosophy, but human beings are exquisitely complicated animals. One of the most important things you can do is to very clearly picture what you want as the Law of Attraction can deliver foggy and incomplete results if you don’t clearly specify what you are wanting. There are some activities that you can do, in order to make sure you have a clear picture of what you want:

  • Gratitude Paper – Throughout the day, you can get pieces of paper and write down points of interest, goals or anything else you think of. It’s good to get things written down and to create a physical list of your goals and ambitions.

  • Positive Friends – If you hang out with friends that provide a negative energy, then you will feel negative yourself. Being around friends that are happy and positive will bring a positive energy and you will therefore provide your own. This can be used with the Law of Attraction due to you feeling like you can do anything – which you can.

  • Hero Worship – Having a hero or someone to look up to can help with creating this positive energy. Looking up to someone can allow you to want to meet what they did, you want to go above and beyond and achieve great success.

  • Journal and Scrapbook Ritual – A lot of people keep a journal or a scrapbook. It is, however, in the ritual of maintaining these projects daily that you can stoke the Law of Attraction to work for you. The repetitious nature of ritual allows you to see trends form slowly and you get to know who you are and what you truly want.

You Command the Universe Through Your Thoughts and It Delivers
There are books and studies on the universe. One of which is the idea you can have anything you want by thinking about it, sending a clear message via thoughts or a visual image. The idea that you can command the universe to get what you want it one that is seen throughout the world.

It Is Your Birthright to Have Everything You Dream Of
Everyone at some point may feel like they are unworthy and don’t have things that they should have. Some people may think they did something in a past life that has lead them to have a ‘birthright’ in this life. In other words, you reap what you sow more often than not.

Bad Things Happen Because You Think Them Into Existence
Bad things can happen for a number of reasons and one of those reasons is because you think about bad things. Using energies, we can think about how this could effect the universe and through this idea of thinking about bad things, we change the energies, the universe and things that are not good may start to happen purely because of this reason. Fate's lot is not always pleasant, but the tests it presents improve us should we learn the lessons at hand.

Like Attracts Like
There is the idea that you attract like-minded people to you would prove to be quite boring in reality. What is more true is that people who think like you do, members of your soul family, show up on the stage of your life so that you can complete the karma you had accumulated together from previous lifetimes that you may have had.

There Is a Silver Lining in Every Cloud
The term of ‘every cloud has a silver lining’ has been around for hundreds of years and means that for every bad thing, there may be something good to come from it. Whether this comes from an individual or energies of the universe, there is always something good that comes from something bad.
